1 What Featured.my is

Featured.my is a public leaderboard for Malaysian creators. Supporters give kudos to creators, and those kudos are totalled on monthly, yearly and all-time boards.

It is a ranking site and fan competition. It is not a marketplace, agency, or payment service for creators.

2 Your account

You need an account to spend kudos and a verified Malaysian mobile number to buy them. One person may use one account. Do not create accounts to avoid a limit, suspension, or daily free-grant rule; we may remove those accounts and their board activity.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Email [email protected] if you believe someone else is using it.

3 Kudos

Kudos are the unit Featured.my counts. You can claim free kudos through daily check-ins and buy more in fixed bundles. Every kudos has the same ranking weight, however you received it.

Kudos are not currency. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred between accounts, sold, or withdrawn. Spending is final unless we reverse it under the fair-play rules.

Free kudos do not accumulate indefinitely and their amount or frequency may change. Bought kudos remain in your balance until spent.

4 Paying

Payments are handled by a licensed third-party payment provider. We do not see or store your card or banking details. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable tax.

6 Nominations, creator pages, and claims

A fan may nominate a channel before its owner joins. A nomination is separate from the leaderboard and is not a ranked creator page. Claiming proves control of the channel and creates or connects the creator's page, category, and description.

A YouTube channel is claimed by signing in with Google. Instagram, TikTok and Facebook are claimed with a one-time code that we check by hand through our social media inbox: on Instagram or TikTok you send the code to @ipohdotmy from the account you are claiming; on Facebook you place it in your Page's Intro until we confirm it. A code lasts seven days and works for one claim only.

We may decline or reverse a claim we reasonably believe is not genuine. A creator may ask us to remove their page. A crown already awarded remains in the archive, unlinked, as described below.

7 Crowns are permanent

When a month or year ends, we close the board and record its placings. That record is a snapshot and is not recalculated when later standings change.

We record a board only if at least 10 creators received kudos on it during that month or year. This applies to the overall board and to each category board separately. If fewer than 10 creators did, nothing is recorded for that board: no placings and no crowns, and it is not recorded later.

We delete a recorded placing only where the close itself used wrong or incomplete data. That is a correction to the record.

8 Fair play

We may reverse kudos, remove a standing or creator page, or suspend an account where we find fraud, chargebacks, stolen payment details, duplicate accounts, automated spending, or attempted board manipulation. We retain a record when we reverse activity.

We do not reverse kudos because a result is unpopular.

9 What you submit

You retain ownership of content you submit, such as a display name, channel description, or avatar. You give us permission to display it on Featured.my.

Do not submit content that is unlawful, hateful, impersonates someone, or that you have no right to use. We may remove it.

10 Availability and liability

Featured.my is provided as it is. We do not promise uninterrupted availability and may change or withdraw features. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11 Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top identifies the current version. If a change materially affects something you already bought, we will communicate it rather than rely on you noticing the date.
