What we collect
Account detailsYour name and email address.
Verified mobile numberUsed to confirm a Malaysian number and send one-time verification codes.
Purchases and kudos activityWhat you bought, when you bought it, and the creators you supported.
Creator informationYour channel identity and the profile details you choose when claiming a page. For an Instagram or TikTok claim, also the message you send our @ipohdotmy account to prove it is yours.

Technical logsOrdinary server data, including IP addresses, for security and abuse investigation.
Payment details stay with the payment provider
We never see your card number, bank login, or one-time banking code. We receive the payment result and a reference from the licensed payment provider.
Why we use your data
We use it to operate your account, verify supporters and creators, count kudos, maintain receipts, respond to reports, prevent fraud and board manipulation, and meet tax and record-keeping obligations.
We do not buy or sell personal data, and we do not use advertising trackers.
What is public
Featured.my is a public leaderboard. Creator profiles and rankings are visible by design, along with a supporter's display name where the product shows supporter activity. Email addresses, mobile numbers, and purchase histories are never public.
Crowns are permanent public records. We record placings only for boards where at least 10 creators received kudos in that month or year; for a smaller board, no placing is recorded and no name is kept from it. If a creator later removes their profile, an awarded crown remains under the name recorded at the time but no longer links to a profile or exposes contact information.
If someone nominated you without asking
A nomination may include your channel name, platform handle, channel link, and a fan-selected category even though you did not submit them. It is separate from the ranked leaderboard.
You can remove the nomination without creating an account. Open the nomination, choose Report this listing, and select that you did not agree to be listed. It is hidden immediately.
Nominated creator pages carry instructions asking search engines not to index them and are excluded from our sitemap. Anyone with the link can still open the page so a fan can send it to the creator.
How we protect it
Traffic is encrypted in transit, passwords are hashed, and production database access is limited to people who need it. No system is perfect; where a breach affects you, we will notify you as required.
How long we keep it
- Account dataWhile the account exists.
- Purchases and kudos recordsSeven years after the transaction for tax and accounting records.
- Server logsFor a short operational and security period.
- CrownsIndefinitely as a public historical record.
- Listing reportsKept with the hidden listing as a record of why it was removed. Report details are never public.
Ask us if you want a nomination record erased rather than only hidden.
Your choices
